Applications
In aluminum smelting electrolytes; in abrasive wheels for bonding; in insecticides as stomach poisons; in vitreous enamels; and in fireworks for green flames.
Safety & Risks
Fluoride ions release toxic skeletal fluorosis chronic. Aquatic persistent; use HF-resistant PPE and calcium gluconate for exposures.
Packaging
Packaged in 50 kg fiber-reinforced plastic barrels. Store in fluoride-safe dry zones.
