Vitamin E Tocofersolan (TPGS) (CAS 9002-96-4; EC 618-345-6) is a water-soluble vitamin E ester produced by esterifying d-α-tocopherol with polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate. Formula (C₂H₄O)ₙC₃₃H₅₄O₅; MW 662.94 g/mol. Supplied as a white to pale yellow waxy solid, melting point 40 °C, soluble in water (1 g/10 mL, clear to faintly turbid).
It functions as a solubilizer, emulsifier, and bioavailability enhancer. Its amphiphilic structure enables incorporation of fat-soluble actives into aqueous systems, making it a standard excipient in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care manufacturing. Available in Food Grade and Pharma Grade (USP/Ph.Eur.) specifications.
SoleChem, an ISO 9001:2015 certified chemical supplier based in Türkiye, delivers Vitamin E Tocofersolan (TPGS) (CAS 9002-96-4) to customers in more than 40 countries.
