Applications

Used in pharmaceuticals for antiseptic formulations, contrast media and active ingredient synthesis. Applied in nutrition and feed products for iodine enrichment. Essential in the manufacture of iodides, biocides, catalysts and specialty chemicals. Used in electronics and polarising films, in dye and pigment intermediates, in rubber and polymer processing and in analytical laboratories for titration and testing.
