Tylosin Tartrate is the water-soluble tartrate salt of tylosin, a macrolide antibiotic obtained by fermentation of Streptomyces fradiae and supplied for veterinary use. The tartrate form dissolves readily in drinking water, making it well suited to flock- and herd-level medication programs.

It is bacteriostatic, with strong activity against Gram-positive organisms and mycoplasma and a limited range of Gram-negative bacteria. Veterinarians rely on it against chronic respiratory disease (CRD) in chickens and infectious sinusitis in turkeys.

In swine, it is used against swine dysentery caused by Brachyspira (Serpulina) hyodysenteriae and arthritis caused by Mycoplasma hyosynoviae. It is administered via drinking water or feed as an API for veterinary formulations.

SoleChem, an ISO 9001:2015 certified chemical supplier based in Türkiye, delivers Tylosin Tartrate (CAS 74610-55-2) to customers in more than 40 countries.
